Abstract
The article attempts to analyze the current state of the theory of functions of law by applying post-classical scientific methodology. The author emphasizes the prospects of using constructivism and anthropocentrism to the scientific analysis of the functions of law. Options rights are regarded as artificially created by scientists construct. It raised the question of the role of the legal entity in the implementation of the functions of law.
