Abstract
Systematization of legislation today, is an objective necessity. It helps the legislator (thanks to the systematic arrangement of the legal material) quickly and efficientlyfind the required information in the development of new acts, identify shortcomings, gaps and contradictions and to attempt to eliminate them. On the other hand, classification provides an important tool for the correct understanding of the meaning of legal norms and their proper application in practice, makes the legislation more accessible to a wider range of people, including organizations, thus giving them the opportunity to protect their legitimate rights and interests. Systematization of legislation, carried out with the use of modern information technology, seems to be an important step towards development in all spheres of legal reality and the country as a whole.
