- Аннотация
В статье анализируется процесс реализации проектного подхода к выполнению задач наднационального и национального уровня. На примере стран ЕС анализируется практика реализации проектного подхода к государственному управлению, в том числе при присоединении стран Центральной и Восточной Европы к Европейскому Союзу. Эта практика демонстрирует эффективность проектного подхода при повышении качества деятельности органов государственной власти и обеспечении консолидированного подхода к выбору целей и приоритетов регионального развития и согласованию проектов и программ в новых странах ЕС.
