- Abstract
- In this Scientific Research Issue a goals and objectives of countrys energy security are a under considering. Technical and economic indicators of electric power sector have been analyzed. Problems of Kyrgyzstans energy security have been considered as a key issue. A reasons for technical and commercial losses within distribution and lower voltage grids of electric power sector have been examined. Issues related to inter - sector (e.g. water and energy administration) interests to be balanced have been analyzed. A need for building an additional Hydro-Electric Power Stations to provide an improved energy security are also considered. A dual dependence for energy and macroeconomic indicators of Kyrgyzstan has been determined.
