- Abstract
- This paper focuses on mid-term and long-term prospects of economic development in Russia. Main results of economic development during 1999-2008, crisis of 2008-2009 period and current performance of the world economy were incorporated together to develop inertial forecast for 2010-2013. Taking into account the necessity to increase noticeably the quality of life in Russia, authors determine main requirements to long-term economic growth. Finally, basic conditions of rapid economic development are discussed in conclusion.
