- Abstract
- All the folk as well as the local people are "sensitive" to administrative borders. To draft them properlyI it is necessary to consider a number of influenced factorsX true, some of them are badly comparable with others.. There are a plenty patternsI in Russia and abroad, which can help in this work (the author describes some of them). But the drafters of the administrative borders probably know those not in satisfied manner. Often they consider their "nearest" priority, leaving other considerations aside. The scientific approach needs to be inserted into the drafting procedure while the scientific escort should guide the practice.
