- Abstract
- In paper was given the mathematical and substantial interpretations of Wagner's Law. Author produced the empirical evidence of violation of this law. Was shown the role of Armey-Rahn Curve as a deterrent of Wagner's Law. Was done identification of Armey-Rahn Curve for Swedish and Russian economies. Author formulates the Wealth's Paradox and gives its substantial explanation.
