- Abstract
- The Federal State Statistics Service is publishing data about the factors that limit production growth of some sectors of Russian economy on a regular basis. That data reflects manager's view on current obstacles to development and is included in business activity surveys. Analysis of how the significance of individual factors have varied during the last two years allows to emphasize the effect of economic crisis and assess the impact of state policy on the expectations and perceptions of Russian industries. The Russian economy no longer needs better laws or regulations, but shows a tangible need for stability and predictable state policy, for a greater internal demand and affordable credits.
