- Abstract
- In article formation and evolution of the integration mechanism of the international scientific and technical cooperation in the EU countries is analyzed. In attention focus new elements of an institutional infrastructure and the form of financing of the basic directions of scientific researches and technological development in the area of EU framework programmers. Approaches and criteria of support of projects from наднациональных funds taking into account priorities of the European scientific and technical policy are considered. Experience of the European Union is useful in the course of consolidation of scientific potential and development of scientific and technical cooperation of the CIS countries.
