- In the article extreme weakness of the major link of system of national safety of oussiaI connected with degradation resourceI first of all labour potential of the agricultureI the country undermining food independence and causing unprecedented for all its history of purchase of a foodstuff at foreign farmers revealsK qhe attention is paid to the increase of threat of this safety and measures on its overcoming on the basis of reorientation of an agroindustrial policy in a direction of the valid maintenance of the priority of rural development proclaimed the authorities with special accent on radical improvement of level and quality of a life in villageI prevention of the further degradation of its labour potential are offered.
