Abstract
In article:« Strategic planning on macro and a microeconomic level for the decision of problems of increase of efficiency of managing» reveals the methodological approach of through, multilevel planning when the enterprise, the branch, region aren't considered separately from each other, and exist in uniform system of coordinates of strategic planning of efficiency of a national economy of the country. The purposes, problems, the basic indicators of branch and regional planning are formulated, and also strategy of branch and regional development are investigated in interrelation with each other. Methodological approaches to their definition, and also to definition of strategy of development of concrete firms on the basis of forecasting of strategic possibilities and aggression of environment (changes of the market, demand, buyers, a Summary 189 competition), will allow to realize the complex approach to the decision of problems of increase of efficiency of managing, both on micro, and at macroeconomic level.
