Abstract
In the article the features of development of the Belarusian entrepreneurship are examined under influence of social and economic factors. On the basis of statistical and legal information, results of author's sociological researches, and also the given questionnaires within the framework of the program of monitoring of social and economic sphere of Belarus in 2009-2010, processes of functioning, change and development of entrepreneurship sphere are analyzed. The problems of the choice of small businesses the legal structure of entrepreneurial activity are examined. Specificity of behavior strategy development of modern Belarusian entrepreneurs is considered.
