- Abstract
- The article deals with the evolution of position by services trade liberalization in CIS in the light of international legal regulation of services trade, and also analyses problems and prospects of Russian participation in services trade regulation at regional level. The author gives a great consideration on Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan plans about Creation of Single Economic Space in 2012 and explores directions of services trade liberalization in SES.
