- Abstract
- Theoretical positions of control function of the finance are generalized. Many-sided aspects of contradictions of process of distribution of cost of a public product are considered. The essence and the maintenance of financial control in the conditions of the coordination of contradictions of process of distributive relations in a society comes to light. The nature of occurrence of control function of the finance and its change in economic development of new Russia is analyzed.
