- Abstract
- Ambiguity of sights at definition of the maintenance of concept of modernization, choice of its ideology and strategy is shown. The author's understanding of the given category with accentuation of attention on social and safety aspects is offered at definition of the purposes and formation of problems of modernization. The attention to the question on introduction social and safety criteria is brought at definition of directions of technological modernization and a choice of corresponding priorities of an industrial policy.
