- Abstract
- In article it is shown that only the complex scientific and technical and technological policy using both market, and far not market management methods, is capable to provide today conditions for technological break of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. Therefore the market model of economic development of the western countries can't be to the full applied in the Customs union.
