- Abstract
- The paper, firstly, presents an attempt to present the concept of multi-dimensional modernization of the economy (Russian), which is based on the concept of industrial enterprise as a system of its constituent substructures: the industrial, social, technological, industrial, cognitive and others. Based on data of sociological research, the authors argue that the successful modernization of industrial enterprise should be implemented in the grease, agreed modernizing of all of its substructures. Secondly, the article updates very important idea of the subject of labor in the producing economy and in the course of modernization; shows barriers to self-realization of worker and leading to the implosion of his subjectivity at work.
