- Abstract
- Globalization has not only changed the entire system of international economic relations but gave birth to a contrary wave of regional activities the post soviet territory reaction was an animation of integration movements and a new attempt to transfer them into the regime of real businesslike activities. The article deals with the impact of foreign influences on the new Eurasian project, analyses the nature of intraregional problems and proposes some approaches to solve most urgent problems of the starting period.
