- Abstract
- The article considers the paradigm of self-sufficient (independent?) investigation of technological and economic transformations. By the author's conclusion, under modern conditions technological innovation process could not be incorporated completely in economic activity. For this reason special attention is devoted to the interplay of economic and non economic regulation of technological innovations as in present as so in coming perspective.
