- Abstract
- In an article for the study of current trends in the housing sector of Russia used the methodology of integral-institutional paradigm, within which housing model is analyzed as part of the institutional matrix. Reveals the evolution of the distribution of housing on the base of razdatok relations on three institutional cycles of Russia. Examines the housing market of the transition phase at the end of each cycle. New trends in the development of the housing model of Russia are viewed against the background of institutional innovation in the housing sphere of the European countries.
