- Abstract
- The article considers the questions of transformation of institution of property in the electric power industry in the process of executed reforms. The author analyzes the institutional transformations of the branch on basis of information about structure of joint stock of the first-rate oussian electric power industry organizations, detects the existing problems and formulates the conclusion, that the institution of property in the electric power industry not fully corresponds to the level of market transformations.
