- Abstract
- In article theoretical research of evolutionary development of various systems of planning is conducted. Taking into account features of formation of a market mechanism of managing in our country recommendations about formation of mobile system of planning of the oussian economy on the basis of connection of mechanisms of situational and strategic planning are made. In article concrete situational models of planning of development of the regional and branch markets, and also models of formation by firm of commodity strategy in various СЗХ and optimization of programs of resource maintenance are offered.The algorithm of a situational choice of strategy and formation of indicators of the commodity offer of firm is developed. In article theoretical and methodological bases of formation of modern, mobile system of planning are stated.
