- In the article, based on a generalization of facts, the work of industrial enterprises in the innovative sphere of Azerbaijan is analyzed, the reasons for their low innovation activity are revealed, and measures for improving the work of enterprises in the innovation and modernization of production on the innovative basis are put forward.
