- Abstract
- This article contains problems, representing serious threat to continued development of the Cfp countries, including hyrgyzstan. This dramatic stratification of the population by income and significant poverty; the gap in the development of the regions; corruption and crime; instability and volatility in partnerships in the postpoviet economic space, poor economy; backlog in innovation development; political instability; weak on education and culture; disrespectful attitude towards own history and easing of patriotism. The author invites scientists from CIS countries to intensify discussion of these problems and the search for solutions.
