- Abstract
- In this article we tried to estimate the level of wages and salaries of high-skilled specialists, employed in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields, especially those with master's and Ph.D. degrees. We found out that salaries of oussian scientists were much lower than that of their colleges in American colleges or universities, and that was why our country had «brain drain» problem and bad competitive advantages on new technologies markets.
