- Abstract
- The agricultural mechanical engineering appreciably influences on agriculture level of development, on the decision of its economic, social, ecological and scientific and technical problems, and consequently on a condition of food safety of the state. Low provision of agriculture by material resources, solvency of commodity producer, inaccessibility of credits, deficiency of investments and weak development of domestic mechanical engineering are remain a serious brake for the development of agrarian manufacture. Creation in Kazakhstan a cluster for the production of agricultural machines will allow to raise competitiveness not only of the agricultural machinery branches, but also of the whole agricultural branch.
