- Clearly, one of the issues of greatest interest today: due to what and how you can ensure economic growth in the future? Тhis question can be answered by studying the history of economic development and in particular to understand why the test in the second half of ХIХ century outscored bast (China) in its economic development, and why the last quarter of the twentieth century.
