Abstract
Mechanisms of destruction of family relationships lie in the social, political and economic dimensions. They are connected with both the sequent family functions, including economic ones, and the devaluation of traditional values. Subjects of market relations stimulate amputation of family relationships, creating products that substitute forms of interaction in the family and providing financial resources for the formation of destructive information environment. Result of this is not only the destruction of the reproductive function and depopulation, but also undermine the patriotic foundations of society, which can lead to the loss of national integrity. The solution is to use a complex of measures associated not only with financial instruments to stimulate the birth rate, but first of all with the restoration of the social status of the family and formation of the contrast value orientation.
