Abstract

The threat of cyberatack against US electronic voting system during 2012 president election was considered as real. As assumed, for this thread neutralization a special mechanism of information deterrence has been built. Such mechanism was based on methods of targeting “neiromarketing” well known in business practices. The logic of such mechanism allows to interpret E. Snowden’s exposures as a message to world community about new politic era appearance – namely the era of total information awareness.
