Abstract
The article deals with the problem of attractiveness of Africa as an object of foreign investments. Analyzed gains and all kinds of costs of using the strategy of industrialization depended on participation of African states in international production networks of TNC. Considerable attention is paid to regional investment flows that are becoming an essential source of capital for many African states.The author is analyzing the measures taken by these states to liberalize foreign investments regulation mode and special measures to promote the investors that include tax, customs, financial and other exemptions.
