Abstract
Control is an integral part of the management process. Control is a very multifaceted concept. It can be used for various purposes and can manifest itself in various forms. The control applies to both the activity of organization and society as a whole, and the scope of individual behavior. It is also a form of interpersonal influence. Often, the attitude for the control is negative, because it is associated with power, orders, restriction of behavior, and even the exploitation of people. This situation raises questions about the ethics of control and the ethics of control.
