- Abstract
- In article is given the analysis of the reasons April (2010) events in the Kyrgyzstan, when it was made next (the first there was in 2005) a revolution with tragically consequences. The society has risen against corruption and criminalization of power, family-clan authoritativeness. Urgent measures on improvement of a situation of development in republic are defined and offered.
