- Abstract
- Analyzed different approaches to definition of development institutes. Shown the inconsistency of some approaches. Opened specific features of developments institutes allocating them from the general category of institutes. Proved problems on decision which necessary to concentrate activity of the specified institutes. Covered some problems and risks of activity of institutes on an example of the separate Post-Soviet states. Formulated principles of creation and the organization of work of the specified structures, allowing to raise their efficiency.
