- Abstract
- In this paper was done the testing of Wagner' s law for four countries - USA, UK, Sweden and Russia. Was built the econometric models, which allow to study the properties of Armey-Rahn's curve and Laffer's curve. The authors offer a new algorithm to find of Laffer's points and Scully's points. Was described the relationship between budget parameters and growth rates.
