- Abstract
- The interaction of the authoritative structures' and investors in the limits of informal communication is investigated in this article. The Russian economy transition to the strong growth pattern, which is based on the innovative renewal and diversification, requires a fundamental business relations size modernization both inside the municipal business community and outside it, including local self-government bodies authorities There was suggested a new approach to evaluation of authoritative and entrepreneurial structures' interaction efficiency on the basis of which is criterion of mutual loyalty. There was grounded the institutional model of economic agents and local self-government bodies' interaction with taking into account informal contacts.
