- In article models of financing of innovative activity of the hi-tech enterprises, and also various forms of state-private partnership in scientific and innovative spheres are considered. Process of creation of a scientific and technical reserve in interests of carrying out of developmental works on working out of samples (complexes, systems) hi-tech high technology production is investigated.
