- Abstract
- In the article "Planning of commodity strategy and resource reserves of firm" plans on increase of competitiveness of the commodity offer of firm are offered to be coordinated to plans of optimum resource ensuring production and to plans of rational use of resources. The undertaken research is very actual as the major factor influencing now decrease in the competitive status of domestic producers, high costs of production are. In article it is investigated straight lines and feedback between resource potential of firm and the main indicators of its commodity strategy. The graphic methodology of optimization of resource potential of firm depending on realized commodity strategy on the volume, the price and quality is recommended. Indicators of a material capacity, labor input, capital intensity are offered to be estimated not only as a whole on production, but also for each type of goods, to investigate them in interrelation with planning of price, quality and volume indicators of goods. Such approach allows to leave from existing schemes of economy of resources on production as a whole, to pass to address planning of an optimum expense of resources by each made type of goods.
