- Abstract
- The article discusses the phenomenon of cognitive gap between the description of the system and its management. Disclosure of the nature of this phenomenon, the role of the non-reducibility of quantitative parameters of economic theory to management decisions, wearing a quality character, shows the influence of false imperatives in building of a modern science. The specific features of highly complex cognitive process and ultrafast systems. Was justified a need for a new type of knowledge, based on a simplified experimental cognitive mechanism.
