Abstract
Taking into consideration objective contradictions of globalization of the world economics and urgency of mobilization of economic potentials of developing and transitive countries, conditions and factors of formation of the Customs Union and Common free Market Zone are considered. Special attention is paid to integration mechanisms of mobilization of economic potentials of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. Specific manifestation of customs - tariff and fiscal mechanisms determining real equality and efficiency of the regional association as a whole and of each country - member of the union is investigated. On the basis of the comparative analysis estimation of trading integration and joint business is given. Alongside with positive results the problems of evolutionary overcoming of incompatibility in the levels and structure of economics, market reforming of the countries - members of association are raised. Preservation of their positions and protection of national economic interests appear as the general problem of the countries of Common Free Market Zone at their joining the World Trade Organization (WTO).
