- Abstract
- In article it is shown that growth of expenses, including state, on scientifically-innovative sphere and, as consequence, systematic growth a total internal product - the main tendency of development of the countries of world economic elite last decades. In Russia in modern conditions financing of research and developmental works is still focused substantially on institutes, instead of on scientific projects or the separate creative persons giving a good result.
