- Abstract
- The surest way out of the crisis for developing countries - innovation strategy. And if modernization and innovation as economic categories are recognized as critical tools in a breakthrough in the future then their content remains a matter of sharp debate. The author sets out his vision of a strategic updating of Economics, argues that an innovative type of economy is possible only in the capacity of a country to be included in the global process of producing new scientific knowledge and technologies, lists the problematic factors of innovation strategy in countries around the world, including in Russia and Kazakhstan, analyzes the problems to be resolved in connection with the participation of Kazakhstan in the Customs Union and COMMON ECONOMIC SPACE, emphasizes that the biggest reason of difficulties during the transition to the innovation way of development is the inefficiency of management processes at all levelsas public management and in low innovative potential of science.
