[full_description] => Обсуждается взаимосвязь уровня функциональной грамотности взрослых и их включенности в социально-экономическую жизнь по результатамМеждународной программы оценки компетентности взрослых. Проверялась гипотеза, что люди с низким уровнем грамотности исключены из общества и оказываются в “группе риска”, без работы, с подорванным здоровьем и неясными перспективами в жизни. Она не нашла полного подтверждения в России, но выявлено, что депривированными – на фоне стран ОЭСР – оказываются россияне с высоким уровнем грамотности. Предлагаются гипотезы для дальнейших исследований.
