- Abstract
- The article deals with the interaction of the political situation in the UK and the development of the revolutionary process in Russia during the first half of 1917. Based upon the UK archives previously unavailable to scholars and memoirs of the direct participants in the events practically unknown to many specialists, the author examines various aspects of the topic in view of political peculiarities, mental factors and socio-cultural characteristics of this most important period in the history of Anglo-Russian relations.
